As an educator with a full AMS teacher qualification certificate for infant toddler and early childhood education (0-6 years), Dandan has been active in Montessori education at home and abroad and on educational platforms for 18 years. She has delivered in-person, and online keynote presentations on academic topics at national and international Montessori conferences and seminars. Dandan is the first mainland Chinese instructor to become a full-time AMS trainer and trainer of trainers. She has worked with several AMS-affiliated training institutions as a guest lecturer and has served as a consultant to several domestic chain kindergartens and early childhood education institutions to organize professional development training activities.
